EULA - End User License Agreement

END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR WHOIS WEB

IMPORTANT�READ CAREFULLY: This Whois Web End-User License Agreement (EULA) is
a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Rietta Solutions for
Whois Web, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed
materials, online or electronic documentation, and any other materials associated with
Whois Web (hereafter known as Software). The Software provided also includes any updates
and supplements to the original Software provided to you by Rietta Solutions. By installing,
copying, downloading, accessing, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by
the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to this EULA, do not install or use the Software.

SOFTWARE PRODUCT LICENSE

The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other
intellectual property laws and treaties. The Software is licensed, not sold.

1. LICENSE TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
1.1. Software License. If you are an individual, Rietta Solutions grants to you as an individual, a
personal, nonexclusive license to make and use copies of the Software on three (3) computers
provided that the computers are the property of you, and will be used primarily by you. If you are an
entity, Rietta Solutions grants to you, as an entity, the right to install and use copies of the Software
on one (1) computer per license for use within the entity.
1.2. Storage/Network Use. You may also store or install a copy of the Software on a storage
device, such as a network server, used only to install or run the Software on computers use by a
licensed end user in accordance with Section 1.1.
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS.
2.1. Not For Resale. You may not resell, or otherwise transfer for value, the Software.
2.2 Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may not reverse
engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such an activity
is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.
2.3. Rental. You may not rent, lease, or lend the Software.
2.4. Trademarks. This EULA does not grant you any rights in connection with any trademarks or
service marks of Rietta Solutions.
2.5. Support Services. Rietta Solutions may provide you with support services related to the
Software (hereafter known as "Support Services"). With respect to technical information you provide
Rietta Solutions as part of the Support Services, Rietta Solutions may use such information for its
business purposes, including product support and development. Rietta Solutions will not utilize such
technical information in a form that personally identifies you.
2.6. Software Transfer. The user of the Software may not transfer this EULA and/or Software.
2.7. Termination. Without prejudice to any other rights, Rietta Solutions may terminate this EULA if
you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA.
3. COPYRIGHT.
All title and intellectual property rights in and to the Software are owned by Rietta Solutions. All title
and intellectual property rights in and to the content which may be accessed through use of the
Software is the property of the respective content owner and may be protected by applicable
copyright or other intellectual properties and treaties. This EULA grants you no right to use such
content. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Rietta Solutions.

MISCELLANEOUS

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

NO WARRANTY

RIETTA SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-
INFRINGEMENT, WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE, AND THE PROVISION OF OR FAILURE
TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL RIETTA SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL,
INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR
INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, OR THE FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES,
EVEN IF RIETTA SOLUTIONS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
